Schaal was professional and efficient in getting my new AC and furnace installed. It was evident to me that they take pride in their work and they were pleasant to have in my home. I especially appreciated that Jake took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and showed me how to change my new filter. I also really appreciated how Jeremy worked with me when quoting for the work to get to a fair price that worked for me, and that they were completely upfront about the total and guarantee that’s what they will charge.

We had Vaughn, from Schaal to our home for a routine inspection of our furnace. I was notified several times of his time of arrival, with his name and picture, and knew exactly when he would be there. From the moment he came to the door until he left, he wore shoe covering and kept me informed of what he was doing. He had a recommendation for surge protection, which we ultimately purchased, but I never felt pressured. The furnace, purchased from Schaal, has worked beautifully and is the perfect size for our home. Our heating bill has declined with the efficiency of our new furnace. I highly recommend Schaal, and especially Vaughn, who went above and beyond for a truly positive experience! This company is a breath of fresh air compared to a few others we've had.

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of Schall during all aspects of our furnace and air conditioning replacement. Cody was very thorough in his presentation when giving us an estimate, and Adam and crew provided excellent service during installation. The instructions were clear and presented in a manner that was easy to understand. The team was respectful of property both inside and outside, and we highly recommend them.

Deeply impressed with every aspect of this company from the consult to the installation. Comprehensive overview of exactly what was going on with my system and what options were available for it. Not at all pushy with any option or sale. Install team was incredible, especially with me having a 5 month old and two cats in the house. The safety features of letting you know who's coming is an absolute God-send in this day and age. You just don't see folks doing business like this anymore. I think Schaal is a model others should look to emulate. Will happily go back to them and recommend them to anyone.

Brandon H was OUTSTANDING!! Brandon was very friendly and courteous, I was happy to have him in my home. Brandon explained what was going on and steps that needed to be done. He answered questions and stated cost. Everything was laid out for us to make up our minds on how to proceed. I would Brandon and his company to my friends and family! Updated to include Dan for my duct cleaning! Super efficient and done ahead of schedule! My experience with the whole team has been terrific so far! Sam was awesome! He was honest and transparent about everything he found. He provided suggestions without pressuring the sale. I would definitely recommend!

On time, very polite, put down cloth runners everywhere they walked, (I have white carpet, very much appreciated that) 4 1/2 hours new furnace and air installed. All clean when they left. They tested everything to make sure all was working. Great job!! Also Matt came out to give an estimate and was very knowledgeable. He measured all the windows to know exactly what size we needed for our equipment. Very thorough. Would refer them to everyone.

To start off 2025, I was greeted with a furnace making some strange noises while the heat was running. On New Year’s Day, I was able to go to the Schaal website and schedule a technician to come out the very next morning. The process for making an appointment was really simple and they are extremely competitive in terms of pricing to roll a truck out to your door. Sam Ziebol was the tech I got and he was fantastic. I had the issue diagnosed very quickly while educating me about my system. I got some super helpful tips for maintenance and most importantly, Schaal had the exact part I needed so I was able to get back up and running within a few hours of Sam being out there. He was very personable and professional, which is greatly appreciated as well. I am super happy with the service I received with Schaal, as well as Sam and I will continue to be a customer for as long as we are in the corridor area!
